Vintage 1950s/1960s Japanese Christmas Kitsch Elf Doll featuring a molded plastic smiling face with blue eyes and a red felt outfit. The doll retains its original paper tag, indicating it is "ALL NEW MATERIAL FILLED WITH EXCELSIOR," and lists the manufacturer as TAKARA TRADING CO. LTD. TOKYO JAPAN, along with several state license numbers (PENN. LICENSE #195, MASS. LICENSE #T137, OHIO LICENSE #4313, MAINE LICENSE #75).
